Where does our data go, and does any of it reach the cloud?

None of it reaches a cloud AI. Speech recognition, the language model, and the voice run on your hardware, so a call is understood on your premises and never shipped out. Audio, transcripts, and the knowledge you upload stay on your machines, with no external model API, no telemetry, and no analytics. The phone line is ordinary telephony: your existing VoIP line, or a PSTN line through a small on-site device. There is no “we” anywhere in the data path.

Do we have to port our number or take a new one?

No, and this is where we differ from the cloud services. Your numbers stay exactly where they are, with your current carrier. LocallAgent answers on the line you already have, so there's no porting, no new numbers, and no switching telephony providers. Most competitors require you to move your numbers onto their VoIP platform first. We don't.

What hardware do we need?

A single capable computer on your premises. A high-spec desktop or a small server is enough for a typical front desk, and we size it to how many calls you take at once. We confirm the exact spec with you before you buy, so you're not guessing.

Which languages does it speak?

The ones you need. For Luxembourg that usually means French, German, and English, with others added per deployment. We confirm your required languages, and any accent or dialect specifics, during scoping, rather than promising a number we can't stand behind.

Can it transfer to a human, book appointments, and use our CRM?

Yes to all three. It books into your calendar, hands a call to the right person with full context, by rule, urgency, or whatever the caller asks for, and connects to your CRM and tools over webhooks and an API.
